In this role, you will serve expertly crafted cocktails and beverages in a lively, upscale environment, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and spirits with precision and flair
• Use POS system TOAST POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, adhering to food safety regulations
• Manage payment handling responsibilities accurately, including billing and receipts
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including bussing tables and assisting with food delivery when needed
• Use RESY reservation system to manage guest seating efficiently
• Demonstrate excellent guest relations skills by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
• Support food handling and preparation when necessary, ensuring all health standards are met

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars
• Strong knowledge of POS systems TOAST preferable.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with culinary arts or kitchen environments is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills along with basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and billing
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work flexible evening hours including nights and weekends
• Familiarity with RESY reservations system is preferred
• Prior experience in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or bartender is advantageous
