Cocktail Server with bartending experience

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Cocktail Server with bartending experience to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by expertly serving beverages, creating a lively atmosphere, and providing attentive customer service. Your bartending skills will help craft memorable moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations behind the bar and throughout the dining area. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and food items accurately using established recipes and presentation standards
• Manage bar inventory, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness according to sanitation standards
• Utilize POS systems to process orders, payments, and gratuities efficiently
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Skills

• Proven bartending experience with strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during busy hours
• Knowledge of food industry standards related to sanitation, food safety, and proper food handling
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining guest satisfaction
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and managing tabs effectively
