Cocktail Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced servers & bartenders to join our high-end craft cocktail program. Ideal candidates are passionate about working with high-end ingredients & techniques with strong customer service & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide selection of cocktails with precision & flair, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Be able to engage & educate guests on niche spirits, flavors, and techniques.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to take orders, answer questions about drink options, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization, adhering to all local regulations.
• Work with team members & managers during busy hours for smooth flow of service.

Experience

• Previous experience working in bars & restaurants, especially with craft cocktails, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with modern POS systems, especially Toast.
• Strong skills in basic math and cash handling to accurately manage transactions.
• Ability to multitask & communicate effectively while maintaining a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• Douglas County Food Handling Certification required within 30 days of employment.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month
