Cocktail Waitress

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Cocktail Waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their seats with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Take accurate drink and food orders using POS systems TOAST
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, Food.
• Upsell menu items and drink specials to maximize sales while enhancing guest satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bar stations, tables, and service stations, adhering to food safety protocols
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately, including OpenTable reservations and cashiering duties
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and hosts/hostesses to coordinate seating arrangements and ensure seamless guest flow

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as TOAST
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully
• Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations within the food industry
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
• Previous experience in serving, bartending, or host/hostess roles is highly desirable
• bartending or kitchen experience is a plus for understanding food presentation and preparation basics

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
