Position: Server (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Compensation: Hourly + Tips (High earning potential)

About the Role

We are seeking confident, professional, and service-driven Servers to join our upscale gentlemen’s club. This role is ideal for individuals with a hospitality mindset who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment and understand the importance of exceptional guest service.

As a server, you are a key part of the guest experience—creating an inviting atmosphere, anticipating needs, and delivering high-level service from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional table service to guests
• Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
• Upsell beverages, bottles, and specials when appropriate
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished service area
• Communicate effectively with hosts, bartenders, and management
• Handle cash and POS transactions responsibly
• Follow all club policies, service standards, and dress code guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (nightlife experience a plus)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21+
• Valid TAM card and other required work cards (or ability to obtain)
