Coding Analyst

Job Description:

The Coding Analyst is responsible for creating a code list from gathered verbatim responses, categorizing survey responses, and assigning appropriate codes.

Responsibilities:

• Coding Analyst is a multifaceted role, encompassing the creation of a code list derived from collected verbatim responses, the categorization of survey responses, and the assignment of suitable codes.
• Must have experience working with Ascribe and Codeit tools.
• Tasked with choosing actions, resolving moderately complex procedural issues, often requiring investigation and data gathering.
• Ability to support seniors in medium complex jobs and work on multiple coding tools.
• Will involve with the client in each step from kick of call till the project delivery.
• Quality checks for the juniors, giving constructive feedback to the juniors to build successful career.
• Performing tasks like Loading data, matching counts, generating outputs, by adhering to the standards of coding process.
