Mind Spark Point is seeking a dynamic and experienced Coding & Robotics Instructor to join our growing STEM education team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real impact by teaching young learners critical skills in coding, robotics, and creative problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

As a STEM Instructor, you will:

• Deliver engaging, project-based curricula in robotics and coding for students aged 6 to 16.
• Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and cultural backgrounds.
• Provide individual support and guidance to students as needed.
• Regularly communicate with parents regarding student progress and development.
• Use student performance data to refine curriculum and improve learning outcomes.
• Assess student feedback and implement improvements to teaching strategies.
• Document and report student progress with clear pathways for development.
• Design and implement new STEM activities aligned with national and international standards.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in STEM education.
• Foster a growth mindset, creativity, and critical thinking in all learners.
• Manage and maintain educational equipment such as LEGO robotics kits, laptops, and software.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related STEM field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience teaching STEM, coding, and robotics programs.
• Strong command of educational platforms such as Scratch, Python, Arduino, LEGO EV3/Spike, etc.
• Proven ability to create and deliver age-appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
• Excellent classroom management and student engagement skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for hands-on learning and inspiring creativity in students.
• Familiarity with international competitions such as First LEGO League (FLL) or World Robot Olympiad (WRO) is a plus.
• Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
