Coding Trainer / Instructor

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Coding Trainer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children and teens (ages 6–17) and can deliver educational content in a fun, structured, and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach coding and digital literacy classes based on a structured international curriculum
• Create a fun, safe, and supportive classroom environment
• Guide students through interactive projects including games, animations, and digital storytelling
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
• Communicate with parents when needed
• Participate in internal training and team meetings
• Assist during holiday camps and special events as required

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and teens
• Interest in technology, education, and digital media
• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Scratch, Python, Unity, Roblox Studio, or similar platforms)
• Previous teaching or mentoring experience is a plus
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Working Hours:

6 days a week

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (8 hours per day)

Pay: From AED4,500.00 per month
