Coffee Barista/Cashier

Full service coffee shop in the heart of Hollywood, looking to bring on an excellent Barista to the team.

We are looking for candidates who have a passion for coffee shop life and a solid coffee knowledge to join our team. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience at a 3rd wave coffee shop.
Pay is starting $26/hr including tips

Responsibilities:

• Prepare drinks and make sure all drinks served are consistently per our quality standards
• Train new staff
• suggest new menu items
• make sure the cafe is clean at all times
• restock shelves
• prepare inventory
• Ensure customers have a great experience, listen to their feedback and resolve any complaints

Requirements:

2 years + barista experience

• strong coffee shop knowledge including espresso dial in and solid latte art
• excellent customer service skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour
