What You’ll Do

• Support daily operations of the mobile coffee cart, ensuring readiness for service
• Assist in event preparation, including loading supplies, equipment, and products
• Execute coffee cart setups and breakdowns at various locations
• Help maintain organization, cleanliness, and efficiency during service
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing the White Rock Coffee brand
• Prepare beverages to company standards when needed
• Assist with inventory tracking, restocking, and product handling
• Adapt to different event environments while maintaining consistency in execution
• Support smooth service flow by stepping in wherever needed

Coordinator Responsibilities

• Assist in executing the coffee cart schedule under the direction of the Manager
• Help ensure all operational checklists, logs, and tasks are completed accurately
• Support compliance with health, safety, and mobile operation standards
• Provide on-site support and guidance to team members during events (non-managerial)
• Communicate inventory needs, equipment issues, and event feedback to the Manager
• Safely drive and operate the coffee cart vehicle to and from event locations
• Assist with post-event breakdown, cleaning, and restocking processes
• Uphold brand standards in presentation, service, and guest experience
