Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Coffee Dining Hall Attendant working overnight shifts from 3AM to 10AM. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our café and dining areas during early morning hours, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. Your energetic approach will help set the tone for a productive day ahead, supporting food and beverage service, cash handling, and food safety protocols. Responsibilities

• Greet early morning customers with a friendly, energetic attitude and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and light food items following food safety standards and café procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, coffee stations, and food prep zones in compliance with health regulations
• Manage food handling and preparation tasks efficiently while adhering to food safety guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee supplies, snacks, and other café items; restock as needed to ensure availability during shift
• Handle cash register operations with accuracy using retail math skills; perform cashiering duties including processing payments and giving change
• Conduct basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, or refunds quickly and accurately
• Follow all food industry standards for serving, food handling, and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests

Experience

• Previous barista experience or coffee industry background preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate
• Possess a current food handler card and understand basic food safety principles
• Have experience in client success, hospitality, or operations, and love building relationships with customers
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy
• Experience in food handling, food preparation or food service environments is advantageous
