Coffee Machine Technician

A specialty coffee roaster and distributor based in Dubai, UAE seeks to hire a professional and experienced coffee machine repair and service technician.

The candidate will be responsible to:

• Maintain and repair coffee machines/equipment’s.

• Handle automatic, semi-automatic or manually operated coffee machines/equipment’s.

• Attend to assigned call out service requests and repair equipment’s on site at customers’ outlet.

• Plan and conduct periodic coffee machine/equipment preventive maintenance services.

• Conduct pre-installation site visits and make technical recommendations.

• Install coffee machines and water filters.

• Calibrate coffee machines and grinders.

• Correctly diagnose and solve technical issues.

• Flexible to handle emergencies and changing schedules.

• Work on both field and workshop technical assignments.

• Understand and follow technical manuals and instructions and manufacturer recommendations.

• Present the company in a professional manager and deliver exceptional customer service.

Our ideal applicant should have:

• At least three years experience in repairing or servicing coffee machines.

• Knowledge and experience in repairing automatic and semi-automatic coffee machines

• Must have UAE driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
