Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Coffee Roaster role based in Jeddah. The Coffee Roaster will be responsible for managing all aspects of coffee roasting operations, monitoring quality standards, ensuring consistency, and adhering to established roasting profiles. Additional duties will include sourcing and roasting specialty coffee, maintaining roasting equipment, and contributing to team training and development in beverage preparation.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Coffee Roasting and Specialty Coffee production
• Experience in Quality Control and ensuring consistency in coffee blends
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management
• Experience in Training team members on coffee preparation and roasting processes
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic on-site environment
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the specialty coffee industry is preferred
