What You’ll Do as a Coffee Route Attendant

• Deliver, stock, and service coffee products, brewers, and supplies at customer locations.

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain coffee and breakroom equipment.

• Refill product inventory, rotate stock for freshness, and ensure displays are organized and professional.

• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote new products or services.

• Execute company promotions and maintain plan-o-gram standards.

• Collect payments and maintain accurate route records.

General Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly and perform frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.

• Must be at least 21 years old (DOT requirement) and possess a valid driver’s license.

• Must consent to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and customer service skills.

• Ability to follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
