What You'll Do

As a Coffee Shop Associate, you'll be cross-trained on both the bar and the kitchen , that's the whole job, not a bonus task. The best people here can build a perfect latte AND turn out a Southwest Bagel Sandwich without missing a beat.

• Pull shots, build drinks, and make food orders at a pace that would break most people
• Cross-train on every station ......espresso bar, food prep, drive-thru window, register
• Run the drive-thru window with speed, accuracy, and genuine hospitality
• Drive online ordering adoption ...... it's how we win on speed and customer experience
• Keep the shop spotless, stocked, and ready to roll at all times
• Open or close the store, handle cash, and manage the flow during rushes
• Train and support newer team members as you grow into leadership

Requirements

• Available full-time, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to get to work in Craig on time, every shift
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Food Handler card (or willing to get one)
• Coffee or food service experience is a plus, not a requirement..... we'll train the right person

What You Get

• $18.50-$30.50/ hr with tips (after training)
• $13.50–$17/hr base pay
• Tips: additional $5-$12 per hour on average after training
• Extra $1.50/hr weekend premium on top of your base (after training)
