Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items following established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and basic math calculations with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with food handling regulations
• Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining quality
• Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Requirements

• Previous barista or café experience is highly preferred, along with a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and accurate order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in the food industry or retail environment is advantageous but not required
