Join our vibrant team as a Coffee Shop Manager, where you’ll lead the charge in creating an exceptional coffee experience for our customers! You will be at the forefront of daily operations, ensuring that every cup served is crafted to perfection while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. What you’ll do

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality food and beverage preparation.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste to maximize efficiency.
  • Train, develop, and mentor staff in customer service excellence, food handling practices, and operational procedures.
  • Implement effective cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Supervise shift management to ensure optimal staffing levels and a positive work environment.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork by encouraging collaboration among staff members.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the coffee shop to uphold cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
  • Engage with customers to build relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant or coffee shop management with a strong background in hospitality management.
  • Demonstrated skills in food preparation, cooking, and food service management.
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS for efficient transaction processing.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management, training & development, and interviewing.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining settings is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Projected Total Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
