Coffee Shop Manager

Looking for a highly engaging, friendly, and organized individual with management experience to join the team at Condron Coffee in a management role.

Candidate must have experience in the following areas:

• Making shift schedules
• Managing register & simple payroll
• Ordering & inventory management
• Barista or food prep experience
• Customer service training
• Events coordination
• Social media management and coordination
• Serve safe certification

The ideal candidate is friendly, well organize, punctual, and would have extensive barista and managerial experience or an ability to quickly learn managerial tasks.Compensation is base full-time hourly pay.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
