Duties

• Supervise daily coffee shop operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
• Lead, motivate, and train staff in food preparation, beverage crafting, POS systems (square), and customer service excellence
• Oversee food handling, safety protocols, and cleanliness to meet health regulations and maintain quality standards
• Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; perform cash handling duties and reconcile daily sales
• Support food production processes such as cooking, food prep, and catering orders to meet customer expectations

Requirements

• Proven supervising or management experience in a coffee shop environment
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety standards
• Experience with POS systems, proficient in cash handling and transaction processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
• Ability to train staff effectively in food handling, hospitality management, and team development
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle shift management efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
