Position Overview – Front of House / Brand Ambassador

As the face of MOWOOD, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll create a warm yet polished atmosphere while delivering exceptional drinks and service in a fast-paced, aesthetically elevated environment.

This is primarily a customer-facing role with minimal back-of-house work — perfect for someone who loves hospitality, modern design, and representing a brand with confidence and style.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Provide thoughtful drink and pastry recommendations
• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, care, and consistency
• Maintain a clean, minimalist, photo-ready space throughout your shift
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Restock supplies and support light inventory tasks
• Support light cleaning duties when needed (dishes, sweeping, organization)
• Show up on time, prepared, and ready to elevate the team’s performance
