Coffee Store Manager – Airport Location

Kabod Coffee LLC, a family-owned company specializing in farm-to-cup organic coffee, is seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager for our airport location. This role supports daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, product quality, and adherence to all safety regulations, while developing and leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and maintain clear communication with team members, management, HR, and accounting.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support operations to drive sales, manage COGS, labor, and other expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for service, cleanliness, quality, and safety.
• Manage scheduling, staffing, and labor needs.
• Oversee ordering, inventory counts, and product management.
• Maintain cleanliness and perform routine equipment and fixture maintenance.
• Train and develop team members through feedback and reviews.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Complete and oversee daily checklists, prep lists, and line checks.
• Manage employee requests for time off and schedule changes.
• Hold team accountable through coaching and, if needed, progressive discipline.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Experience

• 3–5 years in a supervisory experience
• 1 year of management experience
• Barista experience preferred
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and work independently or with a team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Must pass DIA badging background check
• Flexible, open availability

Pay: From $60,000/year (negotiable)

Shifts Available

• 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts (Day, Evening, Morning, Night)

Required Shift Availability

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
