We are entering a new growth phase—focused on brand storytelling, social commerce, and cultural relevance—and are seeking a dynamic influencer to join as a cofounder-level partner to help lead that evolution.

The Opportunity

This is not a typical influencer gig. You’ll be stepping into a strategic leadership role where your personal brand, creativity, and audience-building skills directly shape the future of ItsHot.com.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just post—but builds movements, drives trends, and understands how to convert attention into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Leadership
• Serve as the public-facing personality of ItsHot.com across social platforms
• Help define and evolve the brand voice, image, and cultural positioning
• Content Strategy & Creation
• Create high-impact, platform-native content (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop viral campaigns, product storytelling, and lifestyle integrations
• Consistently test and optimize content formats for growth and engagement
• Audience Growth & Engagement
• Build and engage a loyal community around the brand
• Leverage your existing audience while expanding into new demographics
• Revenue & Product Collaboration
• Drive sales through social commerce strategies
• Collaborate on product ideas, drops, and influencer-led collections
• Participate in go-to-market planning for launches
• Partnerships & Visibility
• Identify and execute collaborations with other influencers, brands, and media
• Increase brand exposure through creative partnerships and PR moments

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a social media influencer or content creator
• Strong presence on at least one major platform (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Deep understanding of viral content, trends, and audience psychology
• Entrepreneurial mindset—you think like an owner, not just a promoter
• Comfortable being the face of a brand and making bold creative decisions
• Experience with e-commerce, fashion, jewelry, or luxury lifestyle is a strong plus
