ITnova is seeking an experienced Cognos TM1 Architect to lead the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Cognos TM1 applications. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing scalable, high-performing solutions using industry best practices and optimization techniques, along with producing clear and documentation to support ongoing enhancements and new development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and development of Cognos TM1 solutions to support complex financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable TM1 models and dashboards.
• Design robust data models utilizing SQL, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and NoSQL databases like NoSQL or Hadoop-based systems.
• Integrate TM1 with big data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, Azure Data Lake, and cloud services like AWS and Azure for enhanced analytics capabilities.
• Develop ETL processes using Informatica or Bash scripts to extract, transform, and load data efficiently into the data warehouse environment.
• Optimize database design for performance and scalability while ensuring data integrity across platforms.
• Implement best practices in Agile methodologies to deliver iterative improvements rapidly and effectively.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or related fields
• Minimum 12 years of experience in development and maintenance of TM1
• applications using 11.2 or higher version by understanding business requirements.
• Extensive hands-on experience Cognos TM1 (Perspective, Architect, Performance

Modeler & contributor web).

• Experience in development of complex TI processes/chores, build web sheets

(Static and Active forms), web applications, rules and workflows.Receivable, Fixed Assets and so on.the organization on a regular basis.

• Experience in setting up data, application, and object level security.
• Experience in installation and configuration of Cognos TM1 and BI tools.
• Expertise knowledge in writing SQL and any other scripting languages.
• Experience in documenting functional and technical design.
• Good knowledge of Finance modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable and
• Excellent communications, presentation skills with ability to interact at all levels of
