Job Title: Coiled Tubing Unit Chief Operator

Rotation: 60/30 On–Off
Positions Available: 2

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Coiled Tubing Unit Chief Operators to join our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and record injection pressure and displacement in real time, adjusting parameters as per engineering design.
• Organize and execute installation and dismantling activities for CTU and DPG operations.
• Assist in chemical mixing, water injection switching, and equipment inspections under engineer supervision.
• Safely supervise and conduct all coiled tubing operations according to company and industry standards.
• Perform pre-job planning, risk assessments, and job safety analyses.
• Operate and maintain coiled tubing units, pumps, mixers, preparation skids, and pressure control equipment.
• Monitor well parameters and job progression throughout operations.
• Train, mentor, and support junior crew members.
• Accurately report operational data, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE policies and operational procedures.
• Perform equipment maintenance during operational breaks to ensure continuous readiness.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Must pass pre-employment medical and background checks.
• Mentally and physically fit for field operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of coiled tubing experience, including 2 years as Chief Operator.
• At least 1 year of service experience with ADNOC in the UAE region.
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools, well intervention techniques, and pressure control equipment.
