Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller to join our Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates through cold calling and lead follow up. This is not an inbound call opportunity, this is not an administrative role. This is a hard core cold calling and you need to be able to handle rejection. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about connecting with people, has excellent communication skills, is passionate about recruiting top talent and has a competitive edge to be the best on a winning team.

Responsibilities:

-. You will be making 80-100 calls per day

- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various office locations. You will be held accountable for achieving appointment and hiring metrics

- You will need to be strong over the phone to set up appointments and achieve a strong show rate.

- Collaborate with branch managers to understand candidate profiles and bring on the very best candidates.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our CRM.

- Assist with other recruiting tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

-Expertise in cold calling. This is a must for this position.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM and recruiting software is a plus.

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
