We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to join our team on-site during the night shift in Islamabad. In this role, you will connect with corporate clients, understand their business needs, and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. The position focuses on cold outreach, solution selling, lead generation, and building long-term business relationships.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site night shift role based in G-10/2, Islamabad .

The B2B Sales Executive (Cold Caller) will:

• Reach out to potential corporate clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Present and pitch our digital marketing services professionally.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated client database.
• Communicate value propositions clearly and confidently.
• Build relationships with potential clients and handle objections effectively.
• Respond to inquiries and nurture leads to convert them into paying clients.
• Support the sales pipeline by ensuring consistent outreach and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Ability to handle inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Adaptability, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bachelor Degree required; business or marketing degree is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working the night shift .
