Job Description:

Dextersol, a software house providing web development, SEO content writing, and digital marketing services, is looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to generate new business opportunities. The role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, introducing Dextersol’s services, understanding client needs, and booking qualified appointments for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and decision-makers
• Present Dextersol’s services clearly and professionally
• Identify client needs and generate interest in our IT and digital marketing solutions
• Overcome objections and maintain a persuasive, professional approach
• Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development team
• Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B lead generation
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems
• Basic understanding of web development, SEO, or digital marketing services is a plus
• Target-driven mindset with a focus on generating qualified leads
