About the Role
Renexus Resources is expanding its international outbound sales operations and is looking for confident, motivated professionals who want to grow in global business development. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-driven environments and enjoy engaging with international clients through strategic sales communication.
Key Responsibilities
- International Prospect Engagement: Proactively connect with overseas prospects through outbound calls and digital communication to identify potential business opportunities.
- Solution Presentation: Clearly articulate our services while building trust and professional relationships with prospective clients.
- Lead Assessment & Scheduling: Qualify inbound and outbound leads, assess client needs, and arrange meetings for senior sales consultants.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified leads, and scheduled appointments.
- Sales Documentation: Maintain precise records of interactions, follow-ups, and progress within the CRM system.
Candidate Profile
- Communication Excellence: Strong spoken and written English skills for professional international engagement.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or professionals with up to one year of experience in sales, telemarketing, or business development are encouraged to apply.
- Sales-Oriented Attitude: Confident, resilient, and comfortable working in a call-based, target-focused environment.
- Adaptability: Quick learner with the ability to understand services and apply effective sales strategies.
- Technical Exposure: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for high-performing candidates.
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000, aligned with experience and skill set.

Work Schedule
- Day Shift: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, 11:00 AM -8:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
