About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller with native or near-native spoken English to conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the United States. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and capable of initiating conversations with individuals or businesses to generate interest, qualify leads, and support the company’s sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S.-based prospects daily.
  • Introduce the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Identify customer needs and record detailed notes in the CRM system.
  • Overcome objections and maintain a positive conversation flow.
  • Schedule follow-up calls or set appointments for the sales team when required.
  • Maintain consistent KPIs including call volume, conversion rate, and lead quality.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to the sales/management team.
  • Uphold excellent communication etiquette aligned with U.S. professional standards.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native spoken English with a neutral or U.S.-friendly accent.
  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales.
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation throughout the day.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
  • Ability to work U.S. business hours.
