Dial by Daylight is hiring Full-Time Sales Development Reps to cold call US-based prospects, pitch our clients' software and services, and book demo meetings. You'll be representing fast-growing US companies across multiple industries.

What You Need:

- Cold calling experience is REQUIRED. If you know how to handle objections and keep prospects engaged, this is for you.

- Exceptional English: You must sound clear, confident, and highly fluent.

The Pay & Perks:

- Rate: $3.00/hour

- Bonus: Up to $200/month ($50/week maximum). KPIs reset weekly.

- Zero-Pressure Start: Official KPIs are only set after your first two weeks of dialing so you can learn the ropes.

- Shift: Part time/Full time - Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Cairo Time

- Break: Includes a 1-hour paid break every shift
