Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Caller based in Bahawalpur. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing the company’s real estate services, and identifying new sales opportunities. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, generating leads, providing information about properties, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of interactions. The Cold Caller will play an essential role in initiating and building client relationships within a highly competitive market.

• Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make outbound calls confidently, handle objections, and engage potential clients effectively
• Proficiency in lead generation and maintaining a database of potential customers
• Basic understanding of real estate markets, particularly in off-plan developments and resale properties, is an advantage
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet daily call targets
• Customer-service orientation with a goal-focused and results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools
• Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially in Arabic, are an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or customer service are a plus
