About the role

Crossgate Realty Media is a real estate photography and video company. We're hiring a cold caller to phone local real estate agents and offer them a free photo shoot — our no-pressure introduction. You start the conversation and book the shoot; our team takes it from there. You work from a pre-built, organized call list with each contact's name and brokerage already loaded, so every call feels personal.

Responsibilities

• Make ~20 outbound calls per day to a curated list of local agents.
• Offer a free shoot, build rapport, and gauge interest.
• Log every call outcome in our system.
• Send permission-based follow-up texts & emails using provided templates.
• Maintain a positive, professional, human tone on every call.

Requirements

• U.S. based with clear, natural spoken English.
• Comfortable on the phone; not discouraged by rejection.
• Organized and reliable with record-keeping.
• Local to Upstate SC
• Sales, appointment-setting, or real estate experience a plus.
