Cold Caller - Call Center Agent (CSR)

Job Title: Cold Caller (CSR) - Night Shift

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Alt Saturdays on)

Office Timing: 07:00 PM to 03:00 AM (PST)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: PKR 40,000 to 70,000 (based on experience) + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the USA to identify potential sellers.
• Present the benefits of receiving cash offers for their property.
• Gather and document information on property condition, motivation to sell, and timelines.
• Address inquiries and objections confidently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with all interactions.
• Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Exceptional English communication skills with a clear accent.
• Confidence and professionalism while engaging with clients over the phone.
• Ability to work in the EST time zone (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM Pakistan Time).
• Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
