Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to generate leads by contacting potential customers, introducing our products/services, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Introduce products/services and identify customer needs.
• Qualify leads and book appointments.
• Handle objections professionally.
• Update call records in the CRM.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Previous cold calling or customer support experience preferred.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full time, On-site

Timings: 8 PM - 5 AM

Working Days: Mon - Friday
