Cold Caller – Insurance Campaign (Outbound)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (3:00 AM – 11:00 AM)

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Cold Callers for our Outbound Insurance Campaign. Candidates must have prior experience in an insurance campaign and a strong ability to close sales through cold calling.

Responsibilities

Make outbound cold calls to potential clients for insurance products.

Present and explain insurance policies clearly and confidently.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales.

Follow up with prospects to maximize conversions.

Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Mandatory: Previous experience in an insurance campaign.

Proven experience in cold calling and outbound sales.

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Ability to work night shift (3:00 AM – 11:00 AM).

Target-driven and self-motivated.

Basic computer and CRM knowledge.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
