Salary / Package: Competitive — Up to PKR 300,000/month for experienced candidates; final package depends on experience.

About Us

Mindwave Software House provides web development, mobile app development, and social media marketing (SMM) services to international clients. We are expanding our sales team and are seeking confident, motivated Cold Callers and Junior Sales Representatives to join our night-shift operations.

Role Overview

As part of our sales department, you will contact potential international clients, confidently present our services, and manage follow-ups to convert leads into opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCold Caller

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective international clients.
• Present Mindwave’s services (Web, App, SMM) confidently and persuasively.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM/client records.
• Build rapport quickly and schedule follow-ups or demos.
• Meet daily/weekly call activity and conversion targets.

Junior Sales Representative

• Meet assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Communicate service offerings professionally and effectively.
• Manage leads, conduct follow-ups, and close potential deals.
• Keep client records updated and maintain consistent pipeline communication.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates and students are encouraged to apply.
• Experienced candidates are preferred for higher packages.
• Strong verbal and written English with a professional phone manner.
• Target-driven, persistent, and consistent in follow-ups.
• Comfortable working the night shift (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM).
• Knowledge of selling digital services (Web/App/SMM) is a plus for experienced applicants.
