Cold Caller - Night shift (Preferred Females)

Location: Onsite – Badhurabad, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and motivated Cold Caller for our Night shift. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a professional phone manner. A background in tech or digital services is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
• Communicate clearly and persuasively about our offerings and value propositions.
• Follow call scripts while keeping conversations natural and engaging.
• Record call outcomes, update lead details, and schedule follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams.
• Handle objections professionally and aim to convert cold leads into prospects.
• Maintain daily call logs and meet activity and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Confidence and professionalism on phone calls.
• Ability to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) onsite at Badhurabad, Karachi.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong listening and quick thinking skills.
• Familiarity with CRM or call tracking tools is a plus.
• Tech or digital services background is a plus.
• Prior cold calling or telemarketing experience preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
