Cold Caller (On-Site)

This full-time on-site role of a Cold Caller is based in Punjab, Pakistan. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls, identifying their needs, and introducing Prime Div's services to generate leads and build relationships. You will also maintain detailed call logs, follow up with prospects, and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. Clear communication, professionalism, and persistence are key aspects of this role.

• Ability to handle objections, persuade clients effectively, and manage professional conversations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in cold calling, telecommunication, or sales is preferred
• Strong proficiency in using CRM tools and maintaining accurate records
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
