Cold Caller (RSP Campaign)

We’re looking for a confident, goal-oriented Cold Caller to join our team and support a targeted campaign promoting our Research Service Provider (RSP) offerings. You’ll reach out to researchers, academic institutions, and businesses to introduce our services, generate leads, and schedule consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients.
• Present our services clearly—research support, data analysis, publication help, and more.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team.
• Log calls, feedback, and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Follow scripts while tailoring conversations to each lead.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and conversions.
• Share insights to improve outreach and service offerings.
• Stay informed on company services and industry trends.

Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Shift: Night (09:00 PM – 06:00 AM)
Work Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
