Cold Caller | Sales Agent | Call Center Job in Lahore | Night Shift

We are hiring Call Center Sales Agents to join our outbound sales team targeting clients in the USA. Your primary job is to make outbound calls, qualify leads, and book appointments for medical and aesthetic clinics (e.g., hair transplant, dental, medspa).

This is a performance-driven role with opportunities to grow into senior or supervisory positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 100–200 outbound calls per shift using provided dialer and lead list
• Follow a structured sales script to explain services and offers
• Qualify prospects based on interest and eligibility
• Book appointments in CRM (GoHighLevel or similar)
• Update lead status and call outcomes accurately
• Follow up on previous calls and warm leads
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs (calls, bookings, show-ups)

Requirements

• Fluent English communication (US/UK accent preferred)
• Previous experience in BPO / cold calling / sales is a big plus
• Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge (training provided)
• Positive attitude, confidence, and strong phone presence

• 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Pakistan Time)
• Monday to Saturday

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
