Job Description

MetRCM LLC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive with proven outbound sales experience targeting US businesses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging healthcare practices across the United States, and scheduling qualified appointments for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Medical Billing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to healthcare providers and medical practices across the United States
• Generate qualified leads and identify decision-makers
• Present MetRCM's Medical Billing and RCM solutions professionally
• Schedule appointments and demos for senior sales representatives
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and other communication channels
• Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM systems
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales experience targeting the US market (required)
• Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
• Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or B2B services is a plus
