Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Cold Caller who can confidently reach out to businesses in the US market, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads for our services. This role is performance-focused — success is measured by your ability to convert conversations into real opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in the US market
• Pitch web development and digital marketing services effectively
• Identify potential client needs and create sales opportunities
• Handle objections and maintain control of conversations
• Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
• Consistently meet daily/weekly outreach and conversion targets

Requirements

• Strong spoken English with clear communication skills
• Confidence in handling cold calls and sales conversations
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation preferred
• Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent under pressure
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversions
• Basic understanding of digital marketing/web services is a plus
