Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Cold Caller specializing in the UK market, located in Karāchi. The Cold Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone, presenting our services, and cultivating leads. Key duties include maintaining detailed records of interactions, building relationships with prospects, meeting daily call targets, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve organizational goals. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and contributing to revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on English proficiency and a clear UK accent.
  • Sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle objections and persuade potential clients effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of data entry for maintaining accurate records of call interactions.
