Job Overview
We are seeking a confident and results-driven Cold Caller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers in the US market.
• Introduce company services and generate interest among potential clients.
• Qualify leads and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems.
• Follow call scripts while adapting conversations to customer needs.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calls and lead-generation targets.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Cold Calling, Telemarketing, or Sales.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking over the phone with a neutral or professional accent.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
