FasxTech Digital is a UK-registered digital marketing agency delivering SEO, web development, paid ads, and B2B lead generation to clients across the UK and US. We’re expanding our Lahore-based outbound sales team and looking for confident, results-driven cold callers to drive our USA campaign.

The Role

You’ll be the first voice our US prospects hear — opening doors, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. This isn’t reading a script on autopilot. We want sharp communicators who can hold a real conversation, handle objections, and close the meeting.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based prospects from provided lead lists

• Pitch services confidently and qualify decision-makers

• Book qualified appointments and discovery calls

• Log call outcomes and notes accurately in our CRM

• Hit daily/weekly call volume and appointment-set targets

• Handle objections, follow up persistently, and stay coachable

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent, neutral/American-accented English — clear and confident on the phone

• 1+ year of cold calling or outbound sales experience (USA campaign preferred)

• Resilient mindset — comfortable with rejection and high call volume

• Strong listening skills and quick on your feet with objections

• Familiarity with dialers, CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, etc.), and Google Workspace

• Reliable for night shift (Mon–Fri, US business hours)
