Hiring: Cold Caller / Appointment Setter (Night shift) — Lahore

We are a small, family-like Upwork agency doing BPO for SMBs. We care for our agents with real training and mentorship. We are excited to add one more honest, career-minded cold caller to our team.

Role highlights

• Job: Cold caller / Appointment setter
• Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (1 hour break), Mon–Fri
• Location: Office at 108 Orange Square, Singhpura, Lahore (must check before applying)
• Salary: PKR 40,000–80,000/month based on experience + bonuses
• 1000Rs bonus for each appointment booked and showed up
• Long-term growth: top performers can join our Upwork agency and earn directly in USD

Must have

• Fluent spoken English
• Serious, career-oriented attitude (no time wasters)
• Good work behavior, punctual, ready to learn and improve
• Able to work nights reliably
