Compensation: $500 flat commission per closed & installed deal – paid within 2 weeks of customer signing, from M1 payment by our EPC partner

We are ONLY looking for experienced, battle-tested cold callers who have a verifiable track record of setting 8–20+ qualified appointments per week in solar, roofing, home improvement, pest control, final expense, Medicare, or any high-volume outbound appointment-setting role.
This is NOT an entry-level or part-time gig.

• Solid low end (still well above industry averages): 4–6 closed deals/week → $8,000 – $12,000/month
• Strong mid-range for consistent pros: 9–15 closed deals/week → $18,000 – $30,000/month
• Uncapped commissions mean the sky’s the limit for top setters – scale as high as your output takes you
