Cold Caller/SDR

Job Title: Cold Caller / Sales Representative for Google Ads Services

We are looking for a confident and motivated Cold Caller to help us sell Google Ads services to businesses that want more leads, calls, and customers.

Your main role will be reaching out to potential clients by phone, introducing our Google Ads service, identifying their marketing needs, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to business owners and decision-makers

Introduce our Google Ads services in a clear and professional way

Explain how Google Ads can help businesses generate more leads and sales

Ask the right questions to understand the prospect’s current marketing situation

Handle basic objections and keep the conversation moving naturally

Book qualified meetings or discovery calls for the sales team

Maintain accurate notes and call records in the CRM

Follow up with interested prospects when needed

Requirements:

Previous cold calling or sales experience preferred

Good communication skills and a confident phone voice

Basic understanding of Google Ads or digital marketing is a plus

Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent

Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

Strong follow-up and organization skills

Reliable, punctual, and target-driven

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal person is someone who is comfortable making daily outbound calls, can explain services simply, and knows how to turn a cold conversation into a booked meeting. Experience selling marketing, SEO, lead generation, or advertising services would be a strong advantage.

Goal of the Role:

To generate qualified appointments with businesses interested in using Google Ads to increase leads, calls, and sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
