Job Title: Cold Calling Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided contact lists.
  • Introduce company products and services professionally.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads.
  • Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good English speaking and listening skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or sales is preferred but not required.
