Cold Calling Agent (Night Shift)

Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization. Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills
• Confident, persuasive, and sales-oriented personality
• Ability to work night shifts (US-based campaign)
• Fresh candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
• Prior call center experience is a plus
